Excellent location on Gran Via. Polite and helpful staff, even arranged a special breakfast for my wife's birthday. Clean rooms with daily cleaning. Plentiful breakfast. Returning soon!

The location is amazing, right in the heart of the bustling tourist area, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. The hotel is close to a local metro station, allowing easy access to the rest of the city.
Some guests have mentioned that the noise from other rooms and outside can be disruptive at night.

This hotel is a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and beautifully designed building. The room I stayed in was clean, fresh, and quiet, with a great interior design. It had everything I needed, from a tv to a rainshower system and air conditioning. The location couldn't have been better, as it was right in the center of the city and close to all the attractions. The subway stations were just a couple of minutes away, making it convenient to explore this city. The staff was always super kind and available to assist with anything I needed. The small breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh items, and I loved starting my day with it. And the best part? The price was reasonable for the quality and experience I received. I highly recommend this place for a modern, comfortable, and unique stay.

Not to mention, the interior design of the rooms is top-notch, with attention to detail that really impresses. And if you're lucky enough to snag a room with a balcony, you'll feel like you're living in luxury. Plus, the breakfast spread is to die for, with the most mouthwatering pastries I've ever tasted.
